Octavia had seen the destruction, the horrible deeds this/these(???) mysterious 'mon had done to their... 'beloved'... circus. Needless to say when she found her cart not only vandalized but missing VITAL PARTS she was a little distraught.

SO YEAAAAAAA THIS HAPPENED~
Guess it's time to go find some more balloons to blow up--but you gotta have your cart to tie them to right? Have fun lugging that thing all the way to the supplies/storage area, that is if it was untouched by this odd crime.... HURRHURRRRRRRRR~
